You should have: 📍Proven experience in building scalable B2B/B2C payment platforms, preferably in both Web2 and Web3 ecosystems. 📍A track record of growing teams from the ground up, particularly in high-transaction environments. 📍Expertise in cross-border payments, remittance and payout products. 📍Passion in building stable, scalable infrastructure. 📍Experience in the Middle East and/or Philippines markets is a plus. 📍Knowledge of Web3 is a plus
