WHAT YOU WILL DO:

📍Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI engineers and data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 📍Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects that integrate with blockchain protocols, ensuring they meet technical specifications and business goals. 📍Provide technical guidance and expertise in AI, machine learning and blockchain technologies, driving the development of advanced AI models and solutions. 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams, including blockchain developers, product managers, business stakeholders, to align AI initiatives with company objectives. 📍Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and blockchain, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our products and processes. 📍Implement best practices for AI development, including code reviews, testing, and performance optimization, to ensure high-quality deliverables. 📍Manage team resources, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations, to build a strong and capable AI engineering team.

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

📍Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 📍Minimum of 5 years experience in AI and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. 📍Proficiency in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch). 📍Stong programming skills in Python or similar languages. 📍Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized networks. 📍Proven experience in managing complex AI projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery. 📍Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
