Responsibilities

📍Design and manage content calendar; create engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, Twitter, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership. 📍Create and update technical documentation, including technology descriptions, step-by-step guides, API references, and architectural documents. 📍Collaborate with development, marketing, and sales teams to describe application scenarios for our products. 📍Enhance the texts in the Sahara product interfaces and ensure consistent terminology is used in both documentation and interfaces. 📍Devise and implement projects, such as lead magnets, to attract new users. 📍Analyze the effectiveness of content using metrics. 📍Help us establish ourselves as opinion leaders in the field of AI and blockchain.

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, English, or a related field. 📍Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a related role, specifically in a SAAS company or other B2B tech product, writing documentation or other texts about technologies and software products. 📍Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to write concise, well-structured, and grammatically correct texts. 📍Demonstrated ability to analyze and structure large volumes of information. 📍Experience with SEO and understanding of its impact on copywriting. 📍Collaborative spirit with the ability to work in a dynamic, startup environment. 📍Eagerness to independently learn technologies and services, and delve into details. 📍Broad knowledge in the field of information technology.
