Job Summary
Your mission
đź“ŤLead the development, and maintenance of our design system in React and React Native. đź“ŤDefine best practices, guidelines, and documentation for UI components, accessibility, and performance. đź“ŤCollaborate with our designers to translate Figma designs into reusable, high-quality components. đź“ŤEnsure consistency across platforms (web & mobile) by establishing a robust design token framework. đź“ŤAdvocate for accessibility and ensure compliance with WCAG and other accessibility standards. đź“ŤMentor engineers and contribute to team growth by providing technical guidance and code reviews.
What we're looking for:
đź“ŤA minimum of 8 years of experience in software development Significant experience in building and maintaining a library of UI components đź“ŤStrong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript đź“ŤExtensive knowledge of Web APIs and CSS features, as well as their browser support đź“ŤExperience with React đź“ŤExperience with testing frameworks đź“ŤFamiliarity with design tools such as Figma đź“ŤExpertise in Responsive and Adaptive Design đź“ŤExperience with version control systems đź“ŤAwareness of accessibility standards and best practices (a11y) đź“ŤStrong communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and influence technical decisions.
