Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Develop smart contracts on Solana using native Rust (no Anchor). 📍Implement core logic for a new derivatives-focused DEX. 📍Write compute-efficient on-chain code for complex pricing models. 📍Ensure robust unit and integration test coverage across all programs. 📍Contribute to and maintain Python, Typescript, and Rust SDKs. 📍Work closely with a small, highly autonomous team to ship production-grade code.
Must-Have Qualifications
📍2+ years of commercial experience building Solana programs in native Rust. 📍Deep understanding of the Solana runtime, account model, and transaction processing. 📍Experience working with complex, dynamically allocated data structures (e.g., red-black trees, linked lists). 📍Proficient math skills, especially in algorithmic or financial contexts. 📍Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. 📍Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight or micro-tasking.
