Role Overview

📍As People Operations, you will play a critical role in scaling our People operations while maintaining the exceptional employee experience that defines our org. You will work closely with the Head of People (me, Ceri!) to develop and execute strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This is a highly collaborative and autonomous role where you will have the freedom to innovate and make a significant impact. As we are (and will continue to be) a small, lean, team of senior specialists (currently: 27) - we’re looking for someone who can come in and flex through a range of responsibilities from tactical through to strategic (this goes for every person in our org). This is not a high volume operation, and our People Operations operating model will always be high value / high touch.
