What you’ll do

📍Lead, mentor, and manage a team of blockchain engineers to ensure successful project delivery. 📍Oversee the design, development, and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, operations, and other engineering teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. 📍Drive the technical vision and roadmap for the blockchain engineering team, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements. 📍Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of blockchain applications and infrastructure. 📍Establish and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. 📍Manage resource allocation, budget planning, and project prioritization to optimize team productivity and project outcomes. 📍Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new team members to build a strong and cohesive engineering team.

About you

📍Proven experience (5+ years) in software engineering. 📍At least 3 years of experience in a management role within an engineering team. 📍Familiarity with code deployment and maintenance, cloud platforms and services. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. 📍 Eager to deepen your expertise and make impactful contributions to blockchain protocols, cryptographic principles, consensus algorithms, and decentralized applications (dApps).
