Job Summary
What You'll Do:
📍Own strategic initiatives and projects that will help us achieve a wide variety of business goals 📍Partner cross-functionally with Product leaders across the company to analyze their function’s performance and make improvements where needed 📍Work with our leadership team on business strategy and lead strategic projects 📍Help us develop guidelines, processes, and systems that allow the business to scale through extreme growth 📍Think strategically and then execute - the models we build aid in decision making and strategy - we operationalize our insights
Who You Are:
đź“Ť4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, product, or strategy at other analytically-intensive roles at software companies đź“ŤAble to effectively turn data and market insights into actionable strategies for leadership đź“ŤDeep understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, and key metrics used in Enterprise SaaS and Blockchain đź“ŤAgile self-starter with ability to move quickly and desire to own and be accountable for projects from Day 1 đź“ŤService-oriented attitude characterized by strong listening skills and the desire to achieve shared success đź“ŤExperience with BI tools and SQL are a strong plus đź“ŤBS / BA in Finance, Business, Economics or a technical major
