How You'll Make An Impact
šProcess transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, record entries and reconcile books of accounts šManage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs šHandle accounts payable for separate entities, departments, and vendors šAnalyze workflow processes šEstablish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors šEnsure bills and payroll are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures šProcess due invoices for payments šCompare purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges
What Sets You Apart
šBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-5 years relevant experience in accounting and accounts payable šExperience with or knowledge of cryptocurrency is a plus šExperience with spreadsheets and data entry šAbility to navigate systems, download and interpret reports šHigh comfort with communication and mathematical calculations šStrong attention to detail šUS Based, east coast is ideal but not required
