Upon successfully completing Identity Verification and ordering, you’ll instantly receive a virtual Binance Card. We strive to dispatch your physical Binance Card swiftly, but delivery times may extend up to 45 days, varying by location and due to high demand. While waiting, feel free to use your virtual card through Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
If you haven't received your Binance Card within 45 days after it's shipped, it may get lost in transit. In this case, you can request a replacement. Meanwhile, your virtual Binance Card remains at your service.
There's no charge for obtaining or using the Binance Card. A replacement card, however, incurs a €25 fee. For a comprehensive list of associated fees, visit the Binance Card Fees and Limits section.
