We’re searching for Senior Intelligence Analyst to build institutional-grade research products that strengthen our authority and power B2B growth. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to turn deep market intelligence into high-value reports, shape data-driven narratives for industry leaders, and help transform research into a scalable commercial product.
What you’ll do:
- Produce institutional-grade research reports (market reports, industry surveys, competitive intelligence, visibility reports) used for lead generation, partnerships, and sales.
- Publish a monthly Expert Insights Report combining proprietary data, market intelligence, and expert commentary.
- Continuously gather, structure, and maintain proprietary datasets that fuel both business-facing reports and exclusive editorial content.
- Build and manage a curated database of industry experts for commentary, quotes, and analytical contributions.
- Translate complex research into clear narratives and product-ready report concepts, leading content strategy and briefing design teams.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing and Sales to develop research products that attract institutional audiences and sponsorship opportunities.
- Present research insights to senior stakeholders and contribute to business-facing materials.
You are the perfect match if you:
- Have at least 7 years of experience in financial journalism, institutional research, intelligence, or market analytics.
- Have worked at a Tier-1 financial media outlet (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Financial Times, WSJ) or a leading research/analytics firm (e.g., Messari, The Block Research, S&P, Moody’s, asset management or intelligence firms).
- Have strong experience producing institutional research reports, investigative analysis, or decision-grade market intelligence.
- Know how to package research into compelling, business-ready report products — from narrative and structure to visual briefing for designers.
- Have experience reporting insights directly to senior leadership (C-level, executives, decision-makers).
- Can turn research into insights that support strategic and financial decisions.
- Have proven experience managing expert contributors, analysts, and cross-functional collaborators.
- Possess excellent editorial judgment and the ability to transform complex expertise into clear, high-impact content.
- Have experience engaging senior industry stakeholders (executives, investors, institutional professionals).
- Bring an existing network of institutional finance and/or crypto industry experts.
- Understand crypto data infrastructure and analytics tools (on-chain analytics platforms, market data tools; SQL and data querying skills are a strong advantage).
Nice to have:
- Experience in crypto research or digital asset analytics.
- Background in asset management, intelligence, cybersecurity research, or financial advisory.
- Experience contributing to monetized research products or subscription-based reports.
- Public portfolio of institutional reports.
