We’re looking for a senior Sales Leader to build BeInCrypto’s institutional revenue engine and take our partnerships upmarket — from $10K deals to $500K–$1M flagship collaborations.

What you’ll do:
  • Build and scaling institutional revenue across payments, Web3 infrastructure, custody, compliance, and tokenization.
  • Design and sell high-value strategic partnerships (annual flagships, research, executive roundtables, event-led narratives).
  • Define pricing discipline and deal architecture with clear paths from $50K to $1M+.
  • Personally close first lighthouse enterprise deals and lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Own ICP definition, buyer personas, and go-to-market logic for institutional clients.
  • Build and upgrade a sales organization focused on consultative selling and account expansion.
You’re the perfect match if you:
  • Have 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, or strategic revenue roles.
  • Have consistently closed $100K+ deals and understands long sales cycles.
  • Have experience in fintech, payments, Web3 infrastructure, SaaS, or consulting.
  • Have built and scaled sales teams and processes.
  • Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Think in platforms, ecosystems, and long-term partnerships—not short-term volume.
