We’re searching for a Data & Tokenomics Journalist to turn complex crypto data into market-moving stories and become the public voice of our analytics expertise.
In this role, you’ll shape how millions of readers understand crypto markets, represent BeInCrypto across major US industry events, and build authority that attracts institutional audiences and partners.
What you’ll do:
• Write timely news and analysis covering major crypto market developments and price movements
• Produce market analysis using technical analysis, charting, and trading indicators
• Monitor trading volume, liquidity, volatility, and market sentiment across digital assets
• Analyze on-chain metrics including active addresses, transaction activity, token flows, and network growth
• Explain tokenomics fundamentals such as token supply, emissions, inflation, vesting schedules, and distribution models
• Interpret incentive mechanisms and economic design of crypto ecosystems
• Connect crypto market movements with macro and traditional finance trends when relevant
• React fast to breaking news and high-volatility market events
• Host video interviews, expert talks, and market analysis segments
• Represent BeInCrypto at US conferences and industry events as a visible brand ambassador
• Build relationships with analysts, founders, traders, and institutional market participants
• Collaborate with Editors and Creative Lab to deliver high-impact multimedia content
• Pitch data-driven story ideas and expand our market intelligence coverage
You are the perfect match if you:
• Have 3–5 years of experience in crypto journalism or financial markets reporting
• Have on-camera experience hosting interviews, podcasts, or video commentary
• Understand tokenomics deeply (supply mechanics, emissions, vesting, distribution models)
• Are confident with technical analysis (trendlines, support/resistance, indicators, chart patterns)
• Can interpret crypto market data and on-chain metrics independently
• Have experience speaking at or moderating industry events
• Have an active professional network in crypto or financial markets
• Are comfortable being a public-facing industry voice, not just a desk analyst
• Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn
• Focus on solutions and results rather than just identifying problems
• Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3
Nice to have:
• US-based (preferred for events, networking, and media presence)
• Experience correlating crypto markets with macro, commodities, or TradFi movements
