We’re searching for an ace B2B Sales Manager to contact web3, blockchain, and crypto clients in order to close new business and win new clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and attract high-potential web3, blockchain, and crypto companies that could benefit from advertising on the Company’s news media platform.
  • Generate leads for the Company, as requested by researching potential Web3 clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and maintaining a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the Web3 clients of the Company.
  • Provide regular reports on the lead status and sales progress, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities using the Company’s CRM system, HubSpot.
  • Conduct regular research on market product offerings, industry trends, technologies, and best practices to effectively position the Company’s offerings in the market, and competitor activities in the web3, blockchain, and crypto spaces.
  • Proactively search for and generate new leads for the Company within assigned territory, focusing on high-quality global web3, blockchain, and crypto companies.
  • Focus on B2B media sales to web3, blockchain, and crypto companies globally. 
  • Negotiating and closing multiple sales deals to achieve high revenue
  • Used to negotiate and closing deals over $50K.
  • Extensive track record of success in media, advertising, digital marketing, performance, branding, paid media and related fields. 
  • Web3 / Crypto News Media / Agency Sales Experience is a plus.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Proven track record of closing large paid media deals and generating recurring revenue in the crypto marketing space.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years working in B2B Sales.
  • English as a native language.
  • Experience working with average deal sizes over $15,000 or more in B2B Sales in the Marketing Space (preferred deal size of $30,000 or more).
  • An average SQL close rate is greater than 35%.
  • A BSc. degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in Marketing Agencies, particularly crypto marketing agencies, is a plus.
  • Strong network and relationships in the web3 space (very Important).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ensuring accountability and responsibility for streamlined operations through meticulous organization, disciplined execution, and rapid responsiveness. Fostering collaborative environments to achieve shared objectives.
  • Minimum 6-12 months of remote work experience.
