Responsibilities:

📍Project Planning and Management: 📍Set budgets, scopes, and timelines for web projects. 📍Create detailed project plans, including deadlines and action items for every project team member. 📍Lead daily or weekly project team meetings to review progress and adjust timelines as necessary. 📍Write project status reports for the team and key executives. 📍Address bottlenecks and work with team members individually to resolve any issues. 📍Host project recap meetings to gather team feedback and improve processes. 📍Present final web projects to executives and clients. 📍Manage client aftercare to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction. 📍UI/UX Design Oversight: 📍Oversee the development and delivery of UI/UX designs, ensuring alignment with project goals and user-centered design principles. 📍Collaborate closely with internal and external UX/UI teams to deliver cohesive and effective design solutions. 📍Freelancer Management: 📍Source and manage freelancers to support project delivery, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

📍Experience and Skills: 📍Demonstrable professional experience as a Web Developer Project Manager or in a similar role. 📍Proven track record of managing web projects from concept to delivery. 📍Expertise in using common project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA, Clickup is our preferred project management tool). 📍Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members. 📍Exceptional time management, organisation, and problem-solving skills. 📍Ability to create and maintain detailed project documentation, Gantt charts etc. 📍Experience in sourcing and managing freelancers. 📍Proficiency in Figma for overseeing UI/UX design projects.
