Job Summary
What you need to succeed
📍5+ years of experience as a PM or Tech lead in blockchain/web3 teams 📍Agile Methodologies knowledge 📍DeFi Protocol experience or knowledge 📍Technical background 📍Architect mindset 📍DevOps direct experience (Desirable), or good understanding 📍Good understanding of the roles of frontend (React) and Backend (NextJS, Rust, Go, Python), Solidity devs, BA, QA, DevOps, PO, etc. Able to have deep tech discussions, if is necessary 📍Knowledge of blockchain networks and distributed systems 📍Experience working with containerization like Docker 📍A passion for decentralized, peer-to-peer systems and Web3 technologies 📍Proactive and willing to take ownership of the projects 📍Very good communication level with clients and teams
Will be a plus:
📍Wallets multisig 📍Business and customer-oriented mindset 📍Finance knowledge 📍Solidity 📍Familiarity with Substrate and the Polkadot ecosystem (big bonus) 📍Starknet blockchain and Cairo language (big bonus)
