The Work itself:

📍Plan, design, implement and support network systems of moderate complexity in the commercial network environment. 📍Support WAN connections and determine capacity requirements for new business or requirements. 📍Be the primary source of expertise for client connectivity providing consultancy and advice to both clients and the Visa business. 📍Provide network design documentation to project teams, peers, and network support organizations. 📍Provision new client processing by completing the necessary network updates and providing technical assistance to clients in support of network changes. 📍Perform third-level support within Visa to resolve network issues and provide guidance to other Visa teams involved in network troubleshooting. 📍Work with the Cybersecurity to ensure Visa security standards are met and provide technical assistance for investigation and analysis of security events. 📍Provide recommendations to management team to increase effectiveness of client connectivity. 📍Seek opportunities to improve network management through automation and AI.
