Job Summary
We support teams that operate 24x7x365. Our core objectives include:
šEnsuring network reliability, performance, and security compliance through robust tooling solutions. šAutomating network operations to minimize manual intervention and reduce downtime. šProviding actionable analytics and reporting to inform network strategy and troubleshooting. šCollaborating with networking, security, and IT teams to address evolving infrastructure monitoring needs. šReducing incident volume and mean time to resolution (MTTR) via automated triage and event correlation. šIntegrating AI and GenAI into solutions to accelerate automation and improve diagnostics
This role will be responsible for:
šEngineering and operating network monitoring and automation tools (e.g., NetBrain, SevOne, ITNM). šHelping to design and implement enhancements that integrate commercial software with in-house applications and automation. šImplementing predictive analytics and automated incident response. šReducing MTTR and alert noise through event correlation. šSupporting configuration audits and compliance reporting.
