Responsibilities:

📍Perform payroll calculations, tax declaration, NHI II process, and execution of labor insurance, NHI, and labor pension. 📍Manage and process leave and attendance records, ensuring the identification and resolution of attendance anomalies. 📍Execute and oversee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including the collection and filing of personnel information. 📍Maintain and manage the HRIS. 📍Generate and present HR-related reports to stakeholders. 📍Assist in group insurance enrollment, withdrawal, and claims processing. 📍Handle additional HR projects assigned by supervisors, such as organizing personnel files, optimizing systems, and planning and implementing bonus schemes.

Requirements and Skills:

📍Minimum of five years of practical experience in payroll. 📍Proficient knowledge of Labor Law, National Health Insurance Act, Labor Insurance Act, Labor Pension Act, and their respective procedures. 📍Fluent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact with foreign employees. 📍Experience with BambooHR is a plus. 📍Excellent numerical sense, data analytical capabilities and time management skills. 📍Attentive to details and process, good communication and coordination skills.
