Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities
šManagement of multiple simultaneous projects including their dependencies, creation and delivery of presentations of project status, finances in weekly and steerco meetings using our project management templates and methodology. šCreate and deliver the security program and projects governance structure in agreement with our PMO offices, including escalation process for service providers taking part in projects and internal Bachem resources. šFollow and ensure GMP CSV compliance requirements are followed in the GMP relevant projects in close collaboration with our GMP CSV compliance team and Quality Assurance. šReview and approve time sheets from external resources working on the security program and projects and submit billing for approval by the cost center owner. šPro-actively and timely manage project risks, issues and dependencies as well as propose appropriate mitigation actions.
Requirements
šBachelorās degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. š8-10 yearsā experience as a project manager, with 3 in program management. šPM certifications such as PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent. šProfessional certifications in Information Security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) are advantageous. šExtensive experience in managing projects to deliver security processes and solutions such as GRC, IAM, DLP, EDR/SIEM/SOC tools, CASB/SGW, etc. šKnowledge of GDPR and GXP environment is a plus. šExperience in managing programs with various simultaneous projects. šExcellent communication and presentation skills. šExperience in ICS / OT environment would be a plus šExcellent English language skills, German is a plus.
