Job Summary
A Salesforce technical lead is responsible for
šLead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementations, including developing custom solutions and interfaces. šPerform code reviews to ensure high-quality code and appropriate design patterns. šProvide mentorship and supervise the development team. šEnsure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the system continually. šCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides. šKeep up with the latest Salesforce updates and features to provide guidance on best practices and new functionalities
Requirements:
šExperience: 5 + years of experience working with Salesforce, with proven experience in a technical leadership role. šSkills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Integrations, and Salesforce Lightning šTechnical Experience : Hands on experience in designing, delivering the requirements šLead Development Projects: Oversee the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. šCollaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
