Job Summary

Duties

šŸ“Manage the resource planning process šŸ“Perform holistic resource analysis and identify gaps and areas for optimization šŸ“Manage the end to end process of the flow of resources across teams šŸ“Drive adoption of the resource and capacity management capabilities šŸ“Identify any resource constraints or critical areas of over and under utilization šŸ“Provide a summary of resource usage across the portfolio, escalating any constraints to the Head of the flow office. šŸ“Support the business planning cycle šŸ“Support IOG teams and leadership with capacity planning, including budgeting šŸ“Support leadership with creating job descriptions, aligned to IOG standards šŸ“Support business owners to assign the right resources to the right teams (resource balancing) šŸ“Support shared service managers to ensure their teams are appropriately sized to support the business šŸ“Manage the Flow Office recruitment process, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place regarding the need for the resource and the budget availability, prior to the IOG recruitment team posting vacancies šŸ“Employ a continuous improvement approach to ensure that all resourcing processes continue to be fit for purpose for IOG
