Responsibilities

📍Create and maintain design documents, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, sitemaps, and prototypes to support a user-centered design process. 📍Present and refine designs based on feedback from internal teams and customers, ensuring a user-centric approach. 📍Track and evaluate delivered solutions against success metrics to enhance product usability. 📍Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to align UX design with project goals and technical feasibility. 📍Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and testing, translating insights into design solutions backed by solid rationale.

Requirements

Must-Have: 📍2+ years of UX experience with a record of delivering user-centric products. 📍Proficiency with UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma). 📍Knowledge of Design Systems, Design Sprints, and Lean UX. 📍Experience in a fast-paced environment, with Agile methodology preferred. 📍Strong presentation and collaboration skills with a data-driven approach. 📍Proficiency in English communication (all skills).
