Responsibilities:

📍Collaborate closely with a diverse group of customers to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences, using these insights to design new features and enhance product capabilities for various sectors (NFT, DEX, CEX, Gaming, Funds, Accountants). 📍Lead the ideation, conceptualization, and design of new features from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless user experiences and intuitive functionality. 📍Work closely with frontend developers and the broader engineering team to translate user requirements into actionable designs that align with engineering feasibility and user needs. 📍Design and iterate on key components of the financial operations platform, including dashboards, transaction interfaces, payment applications, and reports, ensuring consistency and usability across the platform. 📍Continuously gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and integrate insights to refine designs, fostering an outcome-oriented approach that links design decisions to user and business outcomes. 📍Champion a user-centric mindset within the design process, ensuring designs prioritize user needs while balancing business objectives.

Qualifications

📍Experience in product design with a focus on designing web applications, not limited to websites or mobile apps. 📍Proven track record of designing B2B products, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 📍Experience in finance and crypto industries is advantageous but not mandatory. 📍Grit, willingness to learn, and navigate complex and challenging industries, particularly suited for junior designers entering a demanding field. 📍Outcome-oriented mindset with a focus on understanding how design choices impact user and business outcomes. 📍Ability to form initial design concepts based on limited information while being open to iterating designs based on new information and feedback. 📍Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
