In this role you will:

📍End-to-End Delivery Leadership: Lead client-facing teams to manage the end-to-end delivery of technical implementation programs, guiding our clients towards desired outcomes and successful transformations. 📍Team Mentorship: Guide and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives. 📍Third-Party Platform Integration: Blueprint and implement third-party platforms such as Murex, Adenza, and Finastra, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems on the client side. 📍Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to understand their challenges, identify software solution opportunities, and articulate how these can be implemented within the budget, scope, and timeline. 📍Resource Coordination: Apply your experience with technical project management to lead the coordination of resources, manage project risks, and ensure project delivery within time and budget constraints. 📍Quality Assurance Establishment: Establish delivery quality assurance processes, ensure clear and effective stakeholder communications, and manage performance to guarantee high standards in project execution. 📍Business Opportunity Identification: Identify and close new business opportunities through strategic project proposals, leveraging your expertise to recommend innovative solutions. 📍Great place to work?
