Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍1- Scrum Team Management : 📍Organise and run scrum meetings, track JIRA Sprints. 📍Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align on expectations, deliverables and timelines. 📍2- Risk Management: 📍Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. 📍Proactively address and resolve issues raised by the Scrum team. 📍3- Communication: 📍Facilitate effective communication within the Scrum team and with stakeholders. 📍Provide regular status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals. 📍4- Continuous Improvement: 📍Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 📍Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
📍1- Must haves: 📍Fluency in both English and Chinese. 📍Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence. 📍Bachelor’s (or higher) degree. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 📍Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements. 📍2- Nice to haves: 📍PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification. 📍Experience as a Project Manager.
