Job Summary
What you’ll do
đź“ŤConducting evaluations of new and existing DeFi applications and protocols, assessing technical design, innovation potential, usability, adoption rates, competitiveness, scalability, security, and associated risks đź“ŤReporting and presenting to technical and non-technical stakeholders, outlining research findings, project updates, analytical results, research implications, and recommendations đź“ŤCollaborating closely with Research, Engineering, and Business Development teams on various projects and sales initiatives within the DeFi vertical đź“ŤActing as a key liaison between the DeFi team and the wider business, facilitating communication and tracking progress on deliverables đź“ŤParticipating in ecosystem events and contributing to DeFi content creation efforts to promote the Tezos ecosystem đź“ŤActively engaging with ecosystem participants to foster community involvement and awareness
What you’ll need
đź“ŤKeen interest in blockchain technology and prior professional experience in the space đź“ŤUnderstanding of the fundamental concepts underlying smart contracts and DeFi đź“ŤStrong written and verbal communication skills đź“ŤDemonstrated success applying disciplined processes to manage complex projects đź“ŤAbility to effectively engage stakeholders across all levels of seniority and adeptly communicate project progress to senior leadership đź“ŤSTEM degree is advantageous
