Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Work with incoming requests in Salesforce, Jira 📍Make changes in internal systems according to client's needs 📍Review documentation containing technical/business requirements
Requirements:
📍The ability to perform monotonous work without loss of quality Attention to details 📍The ability to independently analyze the situation and find answers to questions 📍The level of written English is not lower than Intermediate (it will be important to quickly express thoughts in writing and perceive new information) 📍Experience with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, and Slack is welcome 📍A fintech background would be an advantage, especially working with the company's own products and internal systems
