Key Responsibilities:

📍Establish and oversee the operations of the Vilnius office. 📍Represent the CEO locally and ensure the alignment of local operations with the company's overall strategy. 📍Work closely with the CEO to manage the application process for the Mica licensing regime. 📍Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company goals and objectives. 📍Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. 📍Manage and mentor local staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 📍Oversee financial performance and ensure the efficient allocation of resources. 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. 📍Provide regular reports to the CEO on the progress and performance of the Vilnius office.

Qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. 📍Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry. 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. 📍Experience in regulatory compliance and licensing processes. 📍Excellent leadership and communication skills. 📍Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.
