Job Summary
Responsibilities
šAs an Engineer at Crossmint, your responsibilities will include: šWrite high quality code: correct, secure, performant, maintainable. šWrite architectural and design docs: individually and with the team. šRun your projects end to end: from conceptualization, to shipping and beyond. šPerform On-Call duties: participate in paid on-call shifts (once or twice a quarter). šMentor new team members.
About you
šTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: šExcellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English. šEducational Background: Hold a Bachelorās degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent knowledge and skills with industry experience. šProfessional Experience: Accumulate 3-5+ years of professional experience. šProgramming Expertise: Showcase advanced knowledge in at least one modern programming language such as Javascript, Java, Python, Scala, Ruby, etc.
