The Application Security Engineer will be responsible for improving the zkEVM-based zkRollup security, ensuring that Scroll is one of the safest Layer 2’s for projects and users. Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various DeFi protocols, blockchains and other smart contracts. 📍Develop and maintain data pipelines using SQL, Python, and other relevant tools to automate data collection and processing tasks. 📍Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in cryptocurrency markets and blockchain transactions. 📍Build public dashboards to visualize key metrics and performance indicators for stakeholders. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategy development.
Requirements:
📍Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and querying of relational databases, and dashboard building. 📍Experience working with Dune or similar data analytics platforms for blockchain and DeFi data. 📍Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks. 📍Solid understanding of DeFi and how blockchains work. 📍Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets. 📍Communication skills and the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
