Job Summary
Role Responsibilities:
šEngage in all aspects of the corporate development process, including market research, sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiation, and post-deal integration šConduct comprehensive industry landscape analysis to identify themes and acquisition targets; effectively present findings to senior management šConducts rigorous financial analyses including the development of operating models, valuation, and transaction impact analysis šLead various aspects of due diligence, in partnership with cross-functional teams including product, markets, revenue, and operations, along with external vendors šSupport post-acquisition integration, working cross-functionally šLead market intelligence, cover in-depth competitor performance and perform emerging market product assessment
Requirements:
š3-5+ years of investment banking, or growth/private equity šBachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a similarly quantitative/analytical field šProficient in financial modeling, including various valuation methodologies šExtensive direct transaction experience šExperience communicating with senior leaders šExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills šPassion for digital assets space and shaping the future of financial services šAbility to work on ambiguous problems in a fast-paced environment
