Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
šMonitor and process fiat and crypto transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness šInvestigate and resolve operational issues, including delayed or failed payments šCollaborate with cross-functional teams: Compliance, Engineering, Product, Customer Success šIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency and automate workflows šDocument internal processes and contribute to operational readiness for new products šProvide insight into payment flows and customer behavior that inform decision-making
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
š3+ years of experience in financial operations, payments, fintech, or support šUnderstanding of fiat payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, cards) and a basic grasp of crypto transactions šStrong analytical skills and intermediate SQL skills šComfortable working with internal tools and handling sensitive financial data šExcellent communication skills in English šA proactive, team-first approach
