Job Summary
What you will do:
📍Develop and deploy smart contracts on public blockchain protocols (Ethereum, Solana, XRP). 📍Architect backend services using asynchronous workers and resilient messaging. 📍Ensure reliability in distributed and potentially unstable environments. 📍Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. 📍Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices. 📍Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub, and other tools. 📍Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality.
What you will need:
📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. 📍6+ years of software development experience. 📍Hands-on experience with at least one public blockchain protocol. 📍Proficiency in smart contract development and deployment. 📍Familiarity with Rust/Go, Node/Client protocols. 📍Strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain interoperability. 📍Proficiency in at least one backend language; willingness to learn Rust and Java. 📍Experience with SQL and cloud databases (AWS Aurora PostgreSQL, Azure). 📍Expertise in secure software development practices.
