Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤResearch and analyze customer preferences and user behaviors to inform requirement development. đź“ŤConduct usability tests, user interviews, and other methods to gather insights and feedback. đź“ŤTranslate customer insights into design deliverables, such as concepts, personas, user journeys, system maps, and user flows. đź“ŤLead UX delivery from prototypes to high-fidelity designs based on our design system. đź“ŤCollaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop and iterate on user interfaces, ensuring a seamless integration of design and functionality. đź“ŤContinuously refine the user experience based on analytics, feedback, and changing business needs. đź“ŤStay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the blockchain and broader tech industry.
What we are looking for
đź“ŤExperience: A minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain projects or organizations. Experience designing for institutional products is a plus. đź“ŤPortfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for digital products.
