Things you will do 📍Working hand in hand with the creative team, product management and engineering in all phases of the product development process (from discovery to delivery). 📍Continuously developing prototypes and testing new designs and product ideas. 📍Setting design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research. 📍Identifying new product and website improvement opportunities. Conducting usability testing. 📍Analyzing how a new product satisfies market needs and consumer preferences. 📍Optimizing product and website performance as needed, including adding new visuals, features, content and constantly improving the user experience. 📍Modifying and revising existing designs to meet changing user preferences. 📍Presenting design ideas to product management and engineering.

Requirements

What you bring to the table 📍3+ years of experience as a UX & UI designer, with knowledge of user research, user experience, user testing, wireframing, prototyping and creating intuitive interfaces. 📍Proven hands-on experience with website design and web applications. 📍Professional working knowledge of Figma, Sketch, AdobeXD (or similar and able to work with Figma). 📍A well-rounded portfolio, demonstrating a strong understanding of UX, website layouts, graphics and user research. 📍Ability to be autonomous and can take ownership in your work. 📍Critical thinker and intuitive eye for user needs beyond the obvious, and excellent attention to detail. 📍Ability to effectively communicate design concepts and choices. 📍Experience working with developers and providing assets (e.g. HTML5 & CSS3), and conducting user-testing and feedback. 📍Ideally experience in tech, banking, or Blockchain. 📍Blockchain technical understanding is a plus.
