Ray Youssef

Ray Youssef is a serial entrepreneur with decades of start-up experience in technology, financial services, cryptocurrency, and peer-to-peer. He is a global leader in crypto peer-to-peer, bootstrapping two platforms that between them amassed almost 20 million users. He is currently the CEO of NoOnes, a Global South focused financial solutions super app. His mission is to level the playing field by providing solutions to those who are excluded from trade and the global financial system. Youssef’s philanthropic work includes infrastructure projects in the Global South, including the construction of more than a dozen schools. He will soon launch “The Ray Youssef Foundation,” an organization dedicated to giving back to the communities where he conducts business. In 2022, Youssef was CEO of Paxful Inc. when it was named in the Time Top 100 Most Influential Companies list.
