Brian McGleenon is Global Head of News at BeInCrypto, where he leads the organisation’s international newsroom, overseeing coverage across multiple regions with a strong emphasis on editorial integrity, original reporting, and exclusives. He is an experienced presenter, financial journalist, and producer who has worked across broadcast, digital, and print media, including Fuji Television, The Independent, Yahoo Finance, the Evening Standard, and the Daily Express. In his dual role as producer and on-air journalist, Brian has conducted high-profile interviews with leading figures across Web3, artificial intelligence, science, and global finance. His interview subjects have included former UK Chancellor Philip Hammond, Belgian Minister for Digitalisation Mathieu Michel, Cardano co-founder Charles Hoskinson, former Reagan administration economic adviser Steve Hanke, economist Richard D. Wolff, gold advocate Peter Schiff, Binance CEO Richard Teng, and Jordan Belfort, whose story inspired The Wolf of Wall Street. Brian is also a frequent speaker at major technology and Web3 conferences, including EthCC, Zebu Live, CogX, DeFi Ireland, EthWarsaw, DAOTokyo, and Blockchain Ireland. He studied Science Communication at the University of Cambridge and holds an NCTJ Journalism qualification from News Associates in London.
