Sewer Pass has taken the NFT marketplaces by storm. The collection is trending #1 on OpenSea as of writing, with a trading volume of over 2900 ETH, roughly over $4.4 million.
Sewer Pass, the Gateway to Dookey Dash
Bored Ape Yacht Club announced on Twitter that the claim for Sewer Pass is live until Feb. 8. It is the only entry to access Dookey Dash, an interactive skill-based game.
The Bored Ape Yacht Club and Mutant Ape Yacht Club holders can claim a single Sewer Pass for free. However, non-holders can also purchase the pass from open markets.
Dookey Dash will be accessible until Feb. 8. Then the players will unlock a “mysterious new power source” on Feb. 15. According to a Twitter thread from Bored Ape Yacht Club, these mysterious new power will evolve throughout 2023.
With these drops, Yuga Labs is pushing towards the metaverse and gaming sector. It is also hiring talents experienced in the gaming sector. Last month, it hired Daniel Alegre as the new CEO. He has experience working as a COO for a California-based video game giant Activision Blizzard.
Wylie Aronow, the co-founder of Yuga Labs, stated that it aims to harness Daniel Alegre’s skills to develop a ‘truly interoperable metaverse.’

The stats of Sewer Pass are explosive in OpenSea, as the community is excited to be a part of the metaverse journey. With a total volume of over $4 million, the floor price sits at 1.26 ETH, roughly over $1900.
The total owners count is over 3,800, with 56% unique owners. Out of a collection of 6,820 NFTs, only 10% are listed for sale.
