Jordi Urbea is the CEO of Ogilvy Spain, part of the global Ogilvy network within WPP. A digital pioneer, he founded the interactive agency Avatar e-Studios in 1998 before joining Ogilvy, where he has built his career for more than 25 years and led the company's digital transformation in Barcelona. He also coordinates the master's program in Direct and Digital Marketing at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and is the author of several books on creativity and success. At the Ibiza Tech Forum 2026, Urbea joined the BeInCrypto Future Tech and AI Experts Council, arguing that AI works with the past while human creativity builds the future. His view brought a grounded perspective from someone deploying AI at scale across major global brands.
