Dino Cataldo Dell'Accio is an elite digital identity expert and public sector innovator who has spent over two decades directing secure, large-scale technological transformations within international institutions. Appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive of Pension Administration for the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF), he previously served as the Fund's Chief Information Officer, where he designed and implemented its award-winning, blockchain-based biometric digital identity system. His distinguished pedigree across the United Nations system includes key leadership tenures as the Chief of ICT Audit for the UN Office of Internal Oversight Services, Information Security Officer for the UN Secretariat, and Internal/ICT Auditor for UNICEF. Before joining the UN, Dell'Accio served as a business process analyst for the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance.
