Carlos Domingo is a highly accomplished technology executive, computer scientist, and venture capitalist with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation and blockchain innovation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Securitize, he has positioned the firm at the absolute vanguard of compliant digital asset issuance, leading milestone tokenization initiatives for institutional mainstays like BlackRock and Hamilton Lane. Before spearheading the digital securities space, Domingo built a formidable corporate pedigree as the CEO of Research & Development at Telefónica, one of the largest telecommunications giants in the world, and later as the CEO of New Business and Innovation for Telefónica Digital. He also pioneered decentralized finance investments by founding SPiCE VC, the first fully tokenized venture capital fund. Domingo holds both a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. in Computer Science.
