MetaCRM, a Taiwan-based Web3 CRM startup, has secured $2.5 million in a seed funding round, with Cherubic Ventures as the primary investor.
Social media services like Discord and Telegram are generally the primary platforms for Web3 customer support and two-way communications. MetaCRM claims to build streamlined Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to address the needs of Web3 companies and users.
ChatGPT Integration Next
According to TECHINASIA, MetaCRM would facilitate the creation of blockchain-native solutions and analytics tools by connecting on-chain and off-chain data. It works on the BNB chain and Arbitrum ecosystem.
The Taiwan-based project also wants to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) chatbots such as ChatGPT. CRM software aims to enhance customer services by facilitating businesses in managing customer interactions, relationships, sales, and marketing processes.
MetaCRM Twitter Followers Driven by Giveaways
However, as the project is relatively new, it does not have well-known customers or their testimonies. The official Twitter account has 95 tweets and around 9,098 followers.
But, most of the engagement is only seen in the Tweets around giveaways rather than those that talk about the services of MetaCRM.

Companies can use data from wallets for their marketing efforts by gaining insights into a user’s non-fungible token (NFT) preferences.
