About the role:
FRAG Games is a Lahore-based game development studio founded in 2013, recognized as a pioneering Pakistani developer for console (PS5/Switch), PC, and mobile platforms. Since our founding, we've developed over 40 projects for clients across the world including Netflix and Cartoon Network. We are an exciting, enthusiastic studio passionate about making games, and we are on the lookout for a Business Developer to join us and help expand FRAG's market share.
Responsibilities:
šResearch and identify potential clients or markets. šDevelop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base. šBuild and maintain relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company's offerings meet the needs of its target market. šReport and track sales performance and identify areas for improvement. šContribute to the development of marketing materials and sales materials, such as presentations, proposals, documentation, and case studies. šMaintain an accurate and up-to-date database of leads and clients in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. šAbility to work independently and in a team, be self-motivated, and have a strong desire to succeed. šA bachelor's or higher degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with some experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
