Job Summary

About the role:

WOO X is looking for a Business Development professional to join their global BD team. You'll become an integral part of the Business Development team, which is spread out over all time zones, with a directive to manage client relationships with WOO, build client relationships and determine where to expand to ensure clients' needs are met and revenue growth is obtained. The team handles 2C, 2B, and broker relationships and works closely with the product and ecosystem to ensure that relevant feedback is included in the underlying products.

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Drive retail user acquisition and market penetration through partnerships with KOLs, affiliate networks, communities, influencers, and regional partners. šŸ“Build scalable cooperation models including rebate programs, affiliate incentives, copy-trading integrations, strategy hosting, API trader activation, and other Web3-native funnels. šŸ“Identify high-potential retail markets and execute end-to-end outreach: prospecting, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and long-term partner management. šŸ“Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support localized campaigns, community engagement, promotions, and product launches tailored to retail users. šŸ“Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and retail user behavior to refine acquisition strategies and improve conversion funnels. šŸ“Develop and maintain BD playbooks to standardize and scale retail growth across regions.

Requirements:

šŸ“Proven experience in Business Development within a crypto exchange, trading platform, broker, wallet, or Web3 product, preferably with a focus on retail users. šŸ“Strong understanding of retail user behavior, trading journeys, and what drives activation, retention, and volume among retail audiences. šŸ“Hands-on experience building retail user growth funnels from 0 → 1, including outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and ongoing partner management. šŸ“Solid knowledge of crypto ecosystems: KOLs, affiliate programs, communities, API traders, influencers, etc. šŸ“English fluency is required. šŸ“Crypto-native mindset: you follow market trends, understand user psychology, and stay current with industry narratives.
