About the role:
Bitget is looking for a KOL & Growth Manager to identify and build relationships with local influencers, communities, and partners to promote Bitget in the local market and drive user and trading volume growth.
Responsibilities:
šIdentify and build relationships with local KOLs, influencers, communities, projects, and other potential partners to promote Bitget in the local market and achieve user and trading volume growth. šAs a representative of Bitget, maintain strong relationships with KOLs and marketing channels to ensure long-term collaboration. šManage and track the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, making adjustments to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI. šStay informed on local industry trends, developments, and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly. šOrganize and participate in offline events, including meetups, community gatherings, and industry activities, to support KOL collaboration and drive trading growth.
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree or above. šGood understanding of the European KOL ecosystem. šNative or fluent proficiency in Polish; professional working proficiency in English. š2-5 years of experience in KOL business development, affiliate marketing, trading growth, or related roles (experience in Crypto, Fintech, or Traditional Finance is beneficial). šHands-on experience with crypto trading (spot, derivatives, or copy trading), with a solid understanding of how crypto exchanges function. šProven ability to drive real trading volume via KOLs or growth partnerships. šResults-driven mindset with the ability to work towards clear, volume-based performance targets.
