Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead and manage small tech teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. šOversee development and deployment of Web3 products, specifically focusing on cross-chain messaging solutions, liquid staking and lending&borrowing. šCollaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of technologies. šUphold the highest standards of safety and security in all project aspects. šMeticulously document all tasks, maintaining clear and comprehensive project documentation. šImplement and refine Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project execution and delivery. šManage the project lifecycle, from conception to release, including resource allocation, timeline estimation, QA and risk management. šCoordinate with different stakeholders, including developers, designers, and external partners, to ensure alignment and project coherence. šStay abreast of the latest trends and developments in Web3 and blockchain technology, and incorporate these insights into project planning and execution.
Qualifications:
šProven experience in managing tech teams of 8+ people and launching DeFi/DeX products šSolid background in software development, project management, and Agile methodologies šGood knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralised applications (dApps) šExperience with DevOps practices and tools šExceptional skills organising documentation and release process šStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail šExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills šEnglish at C1 or higher šComputer science or Applied informatics degree is a plus.
