The founding team has extensive experience in the blockchain space and come from educational institutions including Harvard and MIT, and leading web3 projects such as Algorand. Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤProject Management đź“ŤOwn the end-to-end delivery of Web3 technical projects, from requirements gathering, planning, execution tracking, to final launch and acceptance. đź“ŤCoordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, QA) to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. đź“ŤUse your development background to communicate effectively with engineers, ensuring requirements are clear and feasible. đź“ŤSupport technical feasibility assessments and drive solution design and optimization. đź“ŤProgress & Risk Control đź“ŤDevelop and maintain project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing blockers. đź“ŤProvide regular project updates and resource reports to management. International Collaboration đź“ŤWork closely with overseas teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration across time zones and cultures. đź“ŤHost meetings, prepare documentation, and manage communications in fluent English.
Requirements
📍Education & Experience 📍Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. 📍At least 6 months of software development experience. 📍1+ years of project management experience

đź“ŤProficient in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Go, Rust). đź“ŤFamiliar with Git, Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration tools. đź“ŤKnowledge or hands-on experience in Web3 areas such as DeFi, NFT, Layer 2, and smart contracts. đź“ŤSoft Skills đź“ŤFluent in English (both spoken and written) for technical and business communication. đź“ŤStrong cross-team coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. đź“ŤResults-oriented with strong execution capability and resilience under pressure.
