Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDelivering Zscaler technical courseware and certification programs online and in-person, demonstrating effective instructional techniques and representing Zscaler professionally. šServing as a technical subject matter expert and contributing to training content development collaboration with internal teams. šConfiguring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments including Internet Access (ZIA), Private Access (ZPA), and Digital Experience (ZDX) solutions, as well as general network connectivity, communication, and authentication services and devices. šManaging remote training labs and related online services, setting up and configuring student training pods. Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the training environment to ensure effective operation.
Minimum Qualifications:
šHave 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service šObtain approval from your unit commander šMOU must be approved and submitted before start
