Responsibilities:

📍Oversee the development and deployment of Chaos Oracles, ensuring robust and reliable data feeds that meet industry standards. 📍Collaborate with engineering, product, and external partners to define project scope and deliverables aligned with business objectives. 📍Drive cross-functional team efforts, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to achieve project milestones. 📍Implement quality assurance measures to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data provided by Chaos Oracles. 📍Identify and manage risks, developing contingency plans to address challenges in project execution. 📍Continuously evaluate and enhance processes, contributing to the refinement and evolution of our Chaos Oracles service. 📍Facilitate team meetings and cross-departmental discussions to ensure continuous alignment and collaboration.

Requirements

📍5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or a similar role in the technology sector. 📍Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and experience in the DeFi space. 📍Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. 📍Strong ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans. 📍Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously. 📍Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, with a focus on team dynamics and collaboration.
